Our Mission
The Mission of RMU BOBBYTHON is to unify RMU students, faculty, alumni, and staff in a campus-wide initiative to support the local community of Coraopolis with the end goal of an exciting 6-hour dance-a-thon event, hosted by the Rockwell School of Business.

Location: RMU Recreation Center (all courts and rooms)
BOBBYTHON is the celebration of months of fundraising. There will be a 6 hour dance floor DJed by only the best, as well as surprise guests to entertain dancers throughout the night. Dancers can also compete in 5 different sport tournaments for the chance to win big. All dancers will receive a free T-shirt and can indulge in free food and drinks all night long. The event has endless entertainment and fun to celebrate your amazing efforts to support the community.

The Coraopolis Community Development Corporation (CCDC) works toward the equitable growth and revitalization of Coraopolis by providing residents with tools to lead to self-sufficiency; continuing to grow the town’s business district; and improving the overall quality of life in our community!
The funds raised from BOBBYTHON will help Impact food insecurity in the area by supporting the CCDC Coraopolis Food Pantry
